3. How We Share Your Information

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and communications platform, used to manage contact records and outreach
  • Supabase — our database infrastructure provider, used to store and process lead data
  • Telephony and SMS providers used to deliver voice calls and text messages
  • Analytics and website performance tools

These service providers are contractually required to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain appropriate security standards.

b. Insurance Carriers

With your express consent, and only after you request quotes or enrollment assistance, we may share the application information needed to obtain quotes or process enrollment (such as your name, date of birth, and coverage-related responses) with the specific licensed insurance carrier(s) whose plans you choose to pursue. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with insurance carriers or any affiliates, and we do not share your information with carriers or affiliates for their own independent marketing purposes.

c. Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose your information to government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by applicable law, legal process, or regulatory obligation, including state insurance department inquiries.

d. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

4. Text Message (SMS) Communications and TCPA Consent

Your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages you requested and will not be shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP (you may also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message we send. To opt out of calls, inform the agent during any call or contact us at the information below. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Our SMS outreach uses a dedicated 10DLC registered number and complies with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements. We do not send unsolicited commercial text messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry or our internal do-not-contact lists.

5. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you receive email communications from us, each email will include a clear unsubscribe mechanism.
